Firas has more than 25 years of experience in managing high-tech companies in the fields of telecommunications, enterprise communication / contact center as a service, digital media, and advertising.
He is a business leader with a track record in leading the go-to-market strategies and sales management of divisions and subsidiaries of companies operating in highly competitive environments such as Alcatel-Lucent (Nokia) and Genesys.
Firas has international management experience including assignments in France, USA, China and Malaysia.
The founder of Tridacna Holding and AGA Group, as well as a partner at 4u-ventures, is active both as a business angel and as a serial entrepreneur.
His business fields include management consulting, fitness, food production and wholesale, IT software development & services and residential real estate development.
He has been responsible for executing programs of the startup department of the Vienna Business Agency (City of Vienna) for more than 8 years.
His work with founders, startups, scaleups, and established SMEs includes founding, scaling and international expansion of sustainable (impact) businesses.
Firas is a strong supporter of international entrepreneurs in Austria and is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with them through this program.
